If your good enough to have China quality OCC that's fine but what about not so good ? are there recyclers breaking bales open and re sorting for China grade ? surely worth a go isnt it ? how far is the gap in price ?
Depends on transport and contamination levels, personally i would get involved in that, the gap in price and the risk of getting it wrong is way too scary for us, not to mention the possibility of a rejected load and the costs that go with if you get it wrong !

We did it but you will find the reason they arent sending it as it because it isnt good enough, and if your shipping it that will be your name on the line,
