From 1 September 2014 the scheme changed - now any one household is allowed a maximum of 12 permits per year.
If you want to use a van, trade-type vehicle or a trailer longer than 1.52 metres (5ft) to take your waste to one of our household waste recovery centres, you will need a household waste permit.
For health and safety reasons, large vans or lorries will not be permitted access, nor will any vehicle with a trailer more than three metres in length (approximately 9ft 10 inch), or any vehicle with more than four wheels.
